In the war and for the children and youth totally damaged by it, joy and fun is not just entertainment but the path to hope and regaining a meaning for the life and an introduction to culture of peace.
Fun and laughter have fundamentally different functions in the war rather than entertaining. People do not laugh so often and almost never in bigger groups all together. The performances bring the life and smile to so many faces and even for many after such a long time. Every single performance is a collective therapy and reintroducing culture of peace and bringing hope.
